Catherine won’t only arrive in that silly old standard packaging. Atlus has announced a limited run deluxe edition of Catherine — the “Love Is Over” edition.
Packaged inside a Stray Sheep pizza box, which is a bar and central hub of the Catherine game world, the deluxe edition includes:
- A pair of polka dot boxers — the same worn by Vincent in his nightmares
- An “Empty Hearts” t-shirt — the same worn by Catherine in game
- A pillow case decorated with the alluring image of Catherine
It will retail for $79.99, or $20 more than the standard edition at $59.99.
Also announced, all pre-orders for Catherine, standard or deluxe, will include a free Catherine sound disc and art book. The full-color art book is 36 pages, measures 5.25″ x 6.76″ and is filled with designs by Shigenori Soejima. The sound disc features 11 tracks from composer Shoji Meguro.
