2nd Super Robot Wars OG official site launched

Namco Bandai and Banpresto have launched the official website 2nd Super Robot Wars OG, the recently announced 20th anniversary entry in the hit mech series.

Additionally, Famitsu.com has gone live with a direct-feed preview of the game, letting loose the first large batch of screenshots and artwork.

In an update on the series’ official blog, series producer Takanobu Terada explains the meaning of the “2nd” in the title. Technically, this is the third Super Robot Wars OG title — the first two were Gameboy games. However, Terada considers the remake of the first two games for PS2 to be the first game, thus calling this game the second.
