Under Siege dated

Seed Studios has set a final release date for their upcoming PlayStation Network real-time strategy game, Under Siege. Dubbed the “first RTS created from scratch and exclusively for Playstation 3,” Under Siege will launch on May 3 in North America and a week earlier on April 27 in Europe. A pricey release, it’ll cost $19.99/14.99 euros/11.99 pounds.

Under Siege pits a small group of heroes against invading armies. The game is set in a medieval fantasy world, following the story of characters Eirik, Kari and Asegir. It’s fully compatibly with both the DualShock 3 and PlayStation Move controllers.

It supports up to two players online and two players in local split-screen. Players can chat with friends through both audio and video chat.

Additionally, the game runs in 1080p and allows for custom video and screenshot capturing.
