Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath unveiling at GameCity Nights

If you’ll be in Nottingham at the end of the month, you may want to pick up a ticket for the next GameCity Nights session. During its April 28 “episode”, Yorkshire-based developer Just Add Water will “discuss the perils of working on cult titles” and present the upcoming PlayStation Network remake of Oddworld: Stranger’s Wrath.

Carrying off the evening, Lorne Lanning, creator of the Oddworld franchise and co-founder and president of Oddworld Inhabitants, will “cast an eye over his original creation via the wonders of the web.” Additionally, Eurogamer has been told that he’ll reveal a revival of a shelved game from the nineties.

The event happens on Thursday, April 28 from 6pm to 11pm at Antenna on Beck Street. You must be 18 or older to attend. Buy your tickets here.
