Forza Motorsport 4 gameplay clip leaked [Update]
A leaked trailer for Forza Motorsport 4 has made its way onto the net. And while it picked the wrong day to do it, it certainly looks legitimate. The clip is apparently meant “for internal use only,” headlined by a narrator describing several of the sequel’s new features.
The features described/shown include:
- Kinect-compatibility in the car showroom and on the road; head-tracking so you can peer out the corner of windows.
- More than 80 manufacturers.
- 5 new locales.
- Online car clubs – an automotive social network.
- 16-player racers – twice as many as Forza 3.
- Exhaust flames for your car.
The end of the trailer dates the title for October 2011. See it for yourself below.

Update next day 9:43am: Microsoft has confirmed to Kotaku the legitimacy of the video. The publisher told the site that the clip was “not intended for public distribution and may not accurately reflect features and functionality that ship in Forza Motorsport 4.”
The originally clip has been removed by Microsoft. Luckily, another YouTube user has reuploaded it. We’ve switched in the new clip above.
