First Crysis 2 PS3 footage released, multiplayer demo incoming

The first in-game footage of Crytek‘s Crysis 2 running on PlayStation 3 has been released.

Up until now, Crytek’s only shown footage of the Xbox 360 and PC versions. This caused concern for PlayStation 3 owners, beginning to believe the developer was holding out on showing the Sony version because it was inferior.

The new footage released today clearly displays it’s up to par with the Xbox 360 version.

The end of the clip reveals a PlayStation 3 multiplayer demo is “coming soon”. We’ll be on the lookout.
