Fight Night Champion‘s story mode, dubbed ‘Champion Mode’, is centered around drama and emotion. Players are placed in the shoes of Andre Bishop, who’s on his way to becoming a boxing champion. A new trailer released today highlighting the mode showcases its story, which is filled with tension and mature themes.
Bishop’s brother (shown in the clip) wants in on the fighting game, as well, and it looks like the only way he can prove himself is by going up against him in a match that “everybody” wants to happen. Another sample of the story’s drama is shown in the form of prison and gun violence towards the end of the clip.
Watch the trailer. It’ll have you on the edge of your seat. I’m not lying. I kind of want to play this now.
