The next major Naruto Shippuden game may very well be subtitled Ultimate Ninja Impact. A new trademark filed by Namco Bandai in Europe suggests it.
Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 2, this year’s major launch in the anime-fighting franchise, has shipped more than one million units worldwide since its launch in October. It makes perfect sense for Namco Bandai to already be thinking ahead.
The Ultimate Ninja series is more or less the main branch in the Naruto video game franchise. It saw five titles on PS2 before its evolution to Ultimate Ninja Storm. It sounds like Ultimate Ninja Impact might be the next big step.
Thanks, Siliconera.
