New Left 4 Dead DLC ‘The Sacrifice’ announced
On the latest episode of GameTrailers TV, Valve‘s announced a brand new downloadable expansion that works with both Left 4 Dead and Left 4 Dead 2. Titled ‘The Sacrifice’, the upcoming content will have players making one of the hardest decisions of them all: one person in the four-player cast to sacrifice, making them gone for good. No respawns, here.
‘The Sacrifice’ takes place during the events of Left 4 Dead 2‘s ‘The Passing’ expansion. Player will step into the shoes of the Left 4 Dead 1 cast and ultimately decide who in the group gets to go with the zombies.
There’s no real difference between playing the content on Left 4 Dead 1 or Left 4 Dead 2. The only difference is that players who play with Left 4 Dead 2 will have more weapon options.
Additionally, Valve’s announced that the DLC will also bring Left 4 Dead 1‘s “No Mercy” campaign over to Left 4 Dead 2. Nice!
No date yet on the content, but it’ll be free on PC and Mac. The Xbox 360 version will cost you some green.
