Namco Bandai Games America and Namco Networks America announced today that the two companies will integrate under the Namco Bandai Games America label in order to create games that appeal to a “mass audience” and “best compete in the worldwide gaming industry.”
Namco Networks will aid Namco Bandai in developing both console and mobile games across multiple platfoms.

The two companies will reach full integration in Q1 2011, where Kenji Hisatsune will take on the role of the new President and CEO of Namco Bandai Games America.
