Costume Quest – first screenshots released

Following yesterday’s reveal, THQ has sent out the first screenshots of Costume Quest, their new downloadable adventure RPG in collaboration with Brutal Legend developer Double Fine.

Costume Quest will allow players to go around the neighborhood trick-or-treating for quests, assignments, power-ups, and of course, candy – all in an effort to rid their suburban home of monsters. They’ll move from the neighborhood to the shopping mall to a festive carnival. When players enter combat mode, they turn into real versions of their costumes, complete with superpowers.

The game’s slated for this fall on PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade.
