Konami‘s announced at Gamescom today that Castlevania: Lords of Shadow is set for an October 5 release on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. The game is currently in development at Mercury Steam in collaboration with Metal Gear Solid studio, Kojima Productions.
Lords of Shadow puts players in the shoes of Gabriel Belmont, who’s tracking down the “God Mask” in order to purify the world. Over fifty 3D stages, forty-five enemy types, and huge bosses await him.
