Rez Creator Tetsuya Mizuguchi has taken the stage at the Ubisoft E3 press conference announcing his new game, Child of Eden, for release on Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 in Q1 2011.
The Xbox 360 version will feature Kinect support that will “truly immerse” the player in the game, freeing them of any “any physical barriers between him and the game world.” The story sees players attempting to save Project Lumi, a mission to reproduce personality inside the archive of all human memories, Eden. The project is nearing completion but a virus has infected it. The player must save Eden from the virus and restore peace.
