Take-Two has announced during its second quarter fiscal results call today that Rockstar San Diego‘s Red Dead Redemption has shipped five million units since it released late last month.
John Marston must be happy.
The firm labels the Rockstar western as “a commercial and critical success” boasting the game’s “near perfect score of 95* from Metacritic.com.”
Meanwhile, the company’s announced that Rockstar’s previous outing, Grand Theft Auto IV, has sold over 17 million units worldwide. Wowzers.
