Unlike last year’s bland Tokyo Game Show branding, this year’s is a lot more artistic. Created by graphic illustrator Ippei Gyoubu, this year’s branding clearly invokes a Japanese art style and at first instinct might make you think of Jet Set Radio Future (first thing I thought of when I saw this).
Last year’s slogan was “Game, it’s so energetic” while this year’s is “Game, to the new chapter”. I don’t know about you, but I’d like to see what this “new chapter” is all about.

The Tokyo Game Show starts on September 16 and ends September 19. The show is being held much earlier in comparison to previous years.
