Ever since Activision let loose that an “action-adventure” Call of Duty is due out in 2011, it’s been speculated that Sledgehammer Games would take up development. Today, the developer debunked that speculation through a job listing on Gamasutra.
A job listing seeking a Development Director for the Environment Art Team confirms the game will be a first-person shooter.
“We are actively recruiting top talent for our Call of Duty First Person Shooter development team,” the listing reads.
So then who’s making the “action–adventure” game?
Thanks, NowGamer.
