Hydrophobia PS3 and PC releases clarified

Dark Energy Digital head, Pete Jones, has clarified the situation regarding the PlayStation 3 version of Hydrophobia.

The game will first show up exclusively on Xbox LIVE Arcade, where five hour episodes will be released over a twelve-month period. Then, it’ll eventually ship as a retail game.

PlayStation 3, as well as PC, gamers will receive the title after Xbox 360‘s timed exclusivity expires. However, PlayStation 3 and PC will only receive digital releases whereas the Xbox 360 will receive both digital and retail formats.
