White Knight Chronicles II hits Japan this summer

The latest issue of Famitsu has provided new details on Level 5’s White Knight Chronicles: The Awakening of Light and Darkness, as well as a Japanese release date for summer 2010.

According to the Famitsu preview, the battle gauge in the second game has been sped up in comparison to the first. A dash ability has been added, as well.

The sequel will feature more dynamic environments, as the scenery will change with the different seasons and types of weather that pass.

The last bit of new info is that a new fifteen-year old character named Miu will join Leonard’s party.

So, that’s summer 2010 for Japan. Does that make it summer 2011 for us?
