Level 5 to announce “extremely anticipated” title in April

Level 5, the developer behind White Knight Chronicles and Dark Cloud, revealed plans to announce a new game next month.

“Once this is announced,” Level 5 CEO Akihiro Hino wrote on Twitter, “it will become an extremely anticipated title.”

Earlier last month, Hino mentioned that the company has unannounced PlayStation 3 and Wii titles in development.

Currently, the developer is hard at work on White Knight Chronicles II and several handheld projects. Hino mentions that he expects some to question their strategy of announcing a new game when these have yet to release. However, he argues the development team working on this new title is separate from the rest.
