Battlefield 2, Far Cry 2 hit Xbox LIVE Games on Demand

The Xbox LIVE Marketplace was hit with a double dosage of downloadable Xbox 360 games for its Games on Demand service today with both Battlefield 2: Modern Combat and Far Cry 2 now up for download.

Far Cry 2 is a first-person shooter that takes place in Africa. Playing as a gun for hire, your mission is to hunt down and kill The Jackal, an evil arms dealer who’s been wreaking havoc on the land for some time now. Add Far Cry 2 to your queue here.

Battlefield 2: Modern Combat is also a first-person shooter, with high-emphasis on online multiplayer featuring 24-player battles, fighting in a modern world for either the US, the European Union, the Chinese, or the newly formed Middle East Coalition.
