Gran Turismo 5 confirmed for 2009

There’s been a lot of mystery surrounding the release date of Gran Turismo 5 for PlayStation 3, however, today’s knowledge may finally put an end to it. In a brochure handed out for the anticipated racing game during GamesCom 2009, a release date for “Q4 2009” was listed.

I think that pretty much confirms it. The brochure reads the following.

Genre: Racing – Number of players: T.B.A.

Release: 4th Quarter of 2009
