During Todd Howard’s speech today at QuakeCon 2009, he mentioned the famed role-playing series, The Elder Scrolls, among chatter about Bethesda’s next big game. Fans of the series will not be happy as Howard says that there are currently no plans for an Elder Scrolls 5.
However, Howard did mention that Bethesda “are working on our next big game but we are not talking about it.” As far as an Elder Scrolls MMO goes, he said that “There’s always a chance.”
On a side note, Howard mentioned that they’re done with creating Fallout 3 downloadable content.
