Halo-themed Avatar gear in the wild

Microsoft employee, who’s gamertag just happens to be Randy No Arms (we’re pretty sure his Avatar has arms, though), was spotted today by the guys at JoyStiq with some of the first Halo-themed clothing and gear on Xbox LIVE.

Where did he get it? Was it part of the beta he’s in? Or perhaps he has early access to the Avatar Marketplace? Who knows? I’m just waiting to see my friends in those bodysuits the guys from Gears 2 wear.
