E3 ’09: Xbox 360 Avatars Getting New Clothes, Awards

Xbox 360 Avatars are getting somew new clothing, finally. Not just clothing though, new items known as Awards and Props are coming as well.

These items will be based off games too. Marc Whitten, general manager for Xbox, revealed items based off Halo 3: ODST as well as cheerleading pom-poms.

These new items will be available for purchase on the Xbox LIVE Marketplace, however as to when they will arrive is yet to be revealed.

The first picture of an Avatar store was also released.
