Capcom has launched the official teaser website for Marvel vs. Capcom 2. It appears the long-rumored remake is at hand (obviously) and coming to the PlayStation Network and Xbox LIVE Arcade sooner than we think. The teaser website features a countdown timer currently at around six days left.
The URL for the teaser is “http://www.tu4ar.com/“, suggestively meaning “Take You For a Ride”. Other than the big “2” in the background, we know this is a teaser for Marvel vs. Capcom 2 because the page loads flash from this page, “http://dev02.capcomusa.net/mvc2gmt/“.
CAPTIVATE ’09 is coming up real soon, so I’d expect the reveal there.
