Steinberg: PS3’s 2009 “a great lineup” of “relentless and AAA quality”

In an interview with David Radd at GameDaily, Vice President of Product Marketing for SCEA, Scott Steinberg, claims that Sony’s 2009 is going to be “a great lineup [that is] relentless and AAA-quality,” and that Killzone 2 is just the start. He goes to mention MLB 09: The Show and inFAMOUS as two examples.

We cannot help but agree with Steinberg, seeing how the games he’s mentioned as well as Uncharted 2, Heavy Rain, Quantum Theory, Ninja Gaiden Sigma II and more are on the way, Sony is currently outmatching their competitors for 2009.

However, GDC may change that.
