Xbox 360 Japan gets Star Ocean 4 and Resident Evil 5 bundles

Microsoft announced two bundles for the Xbox 360 in Japan today for those planning to buy the console for one of these two anticipated titles. Those are the Star Ocean: The Last Hope and Resident Evil 5 premium bundles, surely to get any Japanese fan excited for the console.

The first bundle, titled the Star Ocean 4 Premium Pack, will include an Xbox 360 Arcade console, Xbox LIVE Arcade omniverse disc, a copy of Star Ocean: The Last Hope, a Star Ocean: The Last Hope faceplate and original soundtrack, and finally this Xbox 360 already has the NXE installed. The bundle will go for 24,800 yen. Square Enix released some screenshots alongside this announcement today, viewable here.

The Resident Evil 5 bundle will be called the Biohazard 5 Premium Pack. It comes with a 60GB HDD, a headset, a copy of the Deluxe Edition of Resident Evil 5, a soundtrack CD, and a redemption code for accessing a premium theme for Resident Evil 5. The Star Ocean 4 Premium Pack will be released on February 19, 2009 in Japan while the Biohazard 5 Premium Pack will be released on March 5, 2009.
