First off, Max Payne 3 is in development by the internal Rockstar team that handled The Warriors. Remedy Entertainment are too busy working on Xbox 360 and PC exclusive Alan Wake. Also, Rockstar is still hard at work on the PLAYSTATION 3 exclusive title, that is being developed by the same guys who developed Grand Theft Auto IV.
Remember, these are just rumors.
