BioShock PS3 DLC Exclusive ‘Right Now’

The upcoming PS3 version of 2K Marin’s BioShock will have exclusive downloadable content, called Challenge Rooms, which will be made available after the game launches October 24th.

2K Games senior producer, Melissa Miller, has denied that the exclusive content will hit the Xbox 360, however.

“Right now we are supporting the PS3 launch. We are really excited to be bringing the BioShock experience to a whole new set of fans. We’ve been concentrating on ways to make this game special. The things that we’ve added, they’re not changing the original experience that the 360 fans and the PC fans got, but are things that compliment nicely that experience.”

She simply said as of now, the answer is no: “The answer is no. Right now this is a PS3 exclusive.”

So as of now, you’ll only see this content on the PS3. However, Miller could not reveal any of the upcoming DLC. All she could say was “I think you’ll be happy, I can tell you that much!”
