Ubisoft & Jade Raymond Working on I Am Alive, Reveal at E3 2008

According to Gamekyo, formerly JeuxFrance, they’ve confirmed that Ubisoft will show a new action game for the first time during E3 2008 next week titled I Am Alive. The game will be on the PLAYSTATION 3, Xbox 360, and PC. Jade Raymond, the same Jade who worked on Assassin’s Creed, is also working on this new game. The game is being developed by Darkworks, creators of Cold Fear, in Paris for the duration of three years so far.

I Am Alive, scheduled to release Spring 2009, is a first-person game excluding the heavy weapons. You can say they’ve gotten a bit of inspiration from Mirror’s Edge. Ubisoft is going to reveal this game during E3 with a 15-20 minute video, although no playable version will be shown until the Games Convention in Leipzig.
