No Patched Trophy Support Coming for Devil May Cry 4, More

Capcom have revealed that they will not be patching Devil May Cry 4 and Super Puzzle Fighter II Turbo HD Remix will not be patched for the newly released trophies. Although there is hope for Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix and Capcom says it depends on “what schedules look like and what Sony’s requirements are.” Good news is future games will include the feature as Capcom says its “been worked into CEI’s developer contracts as a required deliverable.”

Codemasters‘ Race Driver: GRID will not be getting patched as well. They said “currently not planning to restrospectively support PSN trophies – it;s not a trivial thing to add to a game”. So yeah, it looks like they’ve signed some sort of contract for a requirement of trophies in future games in regards to what Capcom said, so that is good.
