Eternal Sonata PS3 and possible Tales of Vesperia PS3 currently Japan-only

The PlayStation 3 version of Eternal Sonata and a possible Tales of Vesperia PS3 release may be Japan-exclusive. A Namco Bandai rep has alerted us of the possibility during a recent e-mail discussion.

“The announcement of Eternal Sonata for PS3 and anything regarding a potential PS3 release of Tales of Vesperia applies to Japan only and does not extend to other territories such as the US and Europe. I just don’t want your readers to be disappointed if these games aren’t released here in the US, as we don’t have any plans for Eternal Sonata at the moment, and are not aware of a PS3 version of Tales of Vesperia. Hopefully, all will go well, and both titles will come stateside.
