Firmware 2.40 to have In-Game XMB and Include “More features than expected” [Update]

Update 9:14 PM: Here comes some more developer confirmations. Insomniac’s James Stevenson stated that they are keeping secrets because of “Stupid NDAs and documents with confidential written on them! Always foiling you guys!” That EA employee said “Yea its pretty awesome what they are doing with this firmware update. A lot of you will be happy with it for a while.” We hope to find out the full list of this update soon.
