First look at Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes’ iDROID app

Konami has shared first screenshots of Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes‘ “iDROID” smartphone and tablet application.

As detailed yesterday, the app replicates Big Boss’ in-game communication and map device. It will be available through iOS, Android, and Xbox Smart Glass free of charge, and can be used to call up maps, summon air support, or play the cassette tapes found in-game. You’ll also be able to develop Snake’s Mother Base.

Metal Gear Solid V: Ground Zeroes will launch for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 on March 18 in North America and March 21 in Europe.
