European version available at both retail and digital.

Following the game’s North American announcement earlier this week, publisher Zen United has announced it will bring Senran Kagura Burst to Europe via both retail and the Nintendo eShop in Q1 2014.

The side-scrolling action game first launched in Japan last August.

Thanks, Rice Digital.

well i already know how this will end up -_- i really hope these comments don’t go to hell i can think of a site that will tho just be glad everyone is getting it hell even the maker is happy.

  • Tenshiken

Europeans get physical and digital release, lucky.

      one word… Zen

      • DrForbidden

Sigh. I really wish people would stop misusing that word. Oh well…

*facepalm* I don’t like buying digitial downloads, now that Europe has the choice of a physical copy, I’m going to import and play it on my European 3DS.

I’m tired of North America getting shafted and I don’t want to hear all that crap about how Europe used to get shafted because I don’t live in the past, I live in the present.

    • Luna Kazemaru

you must honestly live in another world because the US hasn’t really gotten shafted

      • $30632660

You do realize that Canada is apart of North America too right?

And yes, this is only one of the times that NA gamers have gotten the shaft on Nintendo products. Europe was the only one outside of japan that got some of the Handheld One Piece games by Ganbarion on the DS and the 3DS. NA gamers had to start Operation Rainfall just to get 3 games brought over.

Let’s not forget how Braverly Default is only coming to Europe too and not North America.

Like I said, I live in the present reality, not some blind dimension that you seem to be apart of.

        • Luna Kazemaru

Uhhh BD is coming to the US ninty is bringing it over themselves.

I’ll agree on one piece and NoA being well just lol but no I’m not in some blind dimension there dear.

Thanks for the link, I find it strange how there hasn’t been anything said about BD by Nintendo of America since April, not even at E3.

            • Luna Kazemaru

Well like I said NoA is pretty…slow

I wish NA gets shafted more often then, since i live in the present, and still had to wait nearly 1 year to get P4U in Europe, P4G arrived 6 months later, Dragons Crown is on the same way, we don’t even know if we’ll ever get Muramasa Rebirth, Totori Plus doesn’t have a retail box, and this is just a small part of all the games that sort of arrived in Europe while the NA, that gets shafted every time, had a lot earlier and with better packagings.

          • Elvick

Pfft, Totori+ doesn’t have a retail box in NA either.

Europe has Inazuma Eleven series, NA doesn’t (and now it’s on region locked fail hardware that is the 3DS… not a dig on the 3DS, it’s fine but the region lock is a huge fail). You got Xenoblade, The Last Story, Pandora’s Tower without needing to throw a huge fuss over it and wait ages. You also got the sequel to Another Code R.

You also got Another Code R. A physical copy (and LE) of the PS3 version of Record of Agarest War, while it’s digital only in NA. You got WKC on PSP. You had far better SingStar support, and wireless mics for it. You got the third Invizimals game.

You got retail releases of New Little King’s Story and Epic Mickey 2 on PS Vita.

            Both get shafted.

Europe still gets regularly shafted in the present, and we have yet to see how this release goes to know if it’s an exception. Zen Unitied’s reputation isn’t exactly stellar.

Goes both ways, really. Europe has digital only releases of games that NA has physical releases of, and vice vera. Europe gets some games first and NA gets some games first. Can’t see how NA is being shafted, personally.

  • SuperLuigi

I collect physical 3DS games so I am a little jelly but I am happy for you guys!

  • new_tradition

Interesting… Is there a bigger market in EU for niche games, or is Zen United just in a better position than XSEED? Either way, it seems PAL gamers still have a while to wait and probably have to pay more :(

    • Luna Kazemaru

no tom from Xseed just confirmed himself that the only reason the EU is getting a boxed version is because they are basically using xseeds translation of the game so Zen has ore to work with

  • PrinceHeir

why no retail in US as well .____.

    come on Xseed DO IT!!

  • Kyosuke Yoshino

And I wanted to sell my 3DS to buy a Japanese one instead, now it’s hard to decide. Most wanted game for 3DS besides New Love Plus, I’m very happy :)

Wow…outdone again, you win this round Europe. It seems my inevitable 3DS purchase is approaching soon. Sidescrolling beat em ups are my childhood so I have to come and support the cause (and hopefully Shinovi Versus comes, as 3D brawling is also my thing xD)
