Phantasy Star Online 2 will miss its scheduled early 2013 PC release in North America and Europe, Sega has confirmed.
“Originally slated for an early 2013 launch, Sega can officially confirm that [Phantasy Star Online 2] has been delayed,” a Sega spokesperson told Polygon. “We don’t have any specifics but will update everyone as soon as there are more details to share.”
The MMORPG was announced for a western release in July last year.
In Japan, a PS Vita version was released last month. An overseas release for the handheld edition has not been announced.
