Square Enix’s ‘secret title’ might be Star Galaxy

Square Enix is teasing a secret title to be revealed on December 12. Given the countdown site‘s space-set design, we figured it’s pointing towards a new Star Ocean. But a trademark filed by Square Enix last month, alongside new evidence discovered on the countdown site, suggests otherwise. 

In November, Square Enix filed a trademark in Japan for something called “Star Galaxy.” On the countdown site, the word “Star” can be seen in the upper right. Today, the word “Divide” was added. If we play with the image extensions for “Star” and “Divide,” we can find that an image for “Galaxy” exists, as well.
