Phantasy Star Nova “Opening Demo” set for November 13

New demo set to show off previously announced gameplay revisions.

Phantasy Star Nova

The second demo version of Phantasy Star Nova for PS Vita will be available on PlayStation Network in Japan starting November 13, Sega announced .

As the name implies, this new demo lets players go through the game’s opening sequences, whereas the previous one was a demo of the game’s combat systems without narrative ties. As we covered last week, the game has seen a number of tune-ups and modifications to various gameplay and back-end systems, which Sega has stated will be reflected in this new demo. As such, the original battle gameplay demo was taken down on October 27 in preparation for this version, meaning if you haven’t tried Nova in any incarnation already, this upcoming demo is going to likely be your one shot before its launch if you live outside Japan.

Phantasy Star Nova is due out or PS Vita in Japan on November 27.
