The latest Super Smash Bros. screenshot update reveals a Skull Kid assist trophy.
“Pic of the day. Here’s a new Assist Trophy–the Skull Kid! I repeat, it’s an Assist Trophy, not a new fighter. The characters announced on the website are the fighters,” director Masahiro Sakurai said in a Miiverse post.
Super Smash Bros. is due out for Wii U and 3DS next year.
