Delay necessary to meet the expectations of the user.

Capcom has delayed Monster Hunter 4 from its initially announced March 2013 release window to summer 2013 in Japan.

The reason for the delay, according to the publisher, is to apply the further quality enhancements needed to meet the expectations and demands of the user.

Thanks, Capcom.

I can only hope such expectations and demands are those of the west’s desire to play this.

I’m calling it now. It’s so they can port it to PSVita! :p

Monster Hunter Frontier G and Monster Hunter Frontier 2.

    • Denied. If MH comes to Vita, it must be a new one with new experience. I dislike the “port”.
That aside, if MH connection performs well, I think we can get a proper “Frontier” MH game with expansion.

No. They are making WiiU version to cross play with 3DS, that’s why we have the delay now

    • Monster Hunter Portable 4th?

    Soul Sacrificed SAVED!

Oh and Vita domination in March possible xD?

    • How so? No kings rule forever. Nobody can say SoS*ck (lol) is inferior or superior than MH. This statement underestimate Vita’s capability.
That aside, I hope for Soul Sacrifice to be a strong title to compete with MH. In the end, it’s us gamer who gain favor, no matter who is the winner.

    Capcom vs Inafune
    Sony vs Ninty
    All wasted.

Soul Sacrifice’s execution has been stayed. I hope Sony will seize the opportunity with an multimedia ad blitz. A lot of eggs seem to be riding in this basket, and the ride to market just got smoother.
