In reply to DrForbidden. Replace "licked" with "touched" and you might better understand what Takaki meant. I think he was actually hinting to a gameplay gimmick that lets you interact with the girls via touch screen. Which is something that could not be done on the 3DS entries since the top screen isn't touch enabled. Thus his desire to make a Vita title.

I saw some gameplay of the 3DS version. It actually looks like a really fun beat’em up with fast paced action. Like DOA, the boobs seem to be a bonus feature ;D
