Side-scroller Code of Princess revealed for 3DS

Former Capcom artist heading illustrations.

Agashima Entertainment, a company we’ve never once heard of, and Kinu Nishimura, a former Capcom illustrator, are working on a new 3DS game called Code of Princess.

Announced in this week’s issue of Famitsu, the game is a side-scrolling action title that utilizes a multiple line system, akin retro action titles, which will see the player fighting in both the foreground and background of the screen. It will feature four-player co-op and competitive play.

Code of Princess will launch for 3DS in Japan in Spring 2012.
