L.A. Noire delayed to Spring 2011, says Xbox 360 World [Update]

Update: Rockstar has told us that the publisher has yet to publicly decide on a date for L.A. Noire.

“There is no publicly announced release date for L.A. Noire,” a Rockstar spokesperson told us, “and we do not comment on rumor or speculation.”

Original: L.A. Noire has been delayed to a Spring 2011 release, according to the August issue of Xbox 360 World magazine.

Previously, a Rockstar Twitter update confirmed the game for a Fall release. A later fiscal report from Take-Two slated the game for release by October 31.

If this Spring 2011 release date is true, then the game has received a slight delay.

We’ll shoot an e-mail over to Rockstar to see if we can get confirmation.

Thanks, Rockstar Base.
