DMM Games, which regularly releases PC and smartphone games, has announced Gal Metal, a brand new rhythm game for Switch led by Shuuhou Imai due out in Japan in February 2018, the latest issue of Weekly Famitsu reveals.
The game features scenario and supervision by Shuuhou Imai, character design and manga by Toshinao Aoki, and is executive produced by Tak Fujii. It has “hardcore metal” high school girls and is described as “sci-fi, yet juvenile” and “a music game, yet an adventure game.”
Gal Metal will debut at Tokyo Game Show 2017, which runs from September 21 to 24. Development is currently 60 percent complete.
