No Man’s Sky ‘Atlas Rises’ update launches this week

Hello Games will release the version 1.3 update for No Man’s Sky this week, the developer said in an e-mail to users following a recent augmented reality game it ran.

The update, dubbed “Atlas Rises,” focuses on improving the central story of No Man’s Sky and adds the ability to quick travel between locations using portals.

Hello Games will release full patch notes shortly before the update goes live.
