GungHo Online Entertainment has a Switch action game for all ages in development
"It's a gameplay style that has not been seen before."
GungHo Online Entertainment, publisher of smartphone game Puzzles & Dragons and Grasshopper Manufacture‘s free-to-play PlayStation 4 title Let It Die, is working on an “action game for all games with a lighter, comical tone” for Switch, company CEO Kazuki Morishita told Destructoid at E3 2017.
Morita could not compare the unannounced game to anything currently on the market, but confirmed it was a new IP and will feature both single-player and multiplayer gameplay.
“No direct comparison exists,” Morishita said. “It’s a gameplay style that has not been seen before.”
Morita added that its Switch game did not start out as a Switch title. It was kicked around at the company for about “four to five years” before it became what it is today.
