Media Create Sales: 3/13/17 – 3/19/17

Monster Hunter XX sold 848,467 units during its first week of release in Japan, the latest Media Create sales figures reveal.

To compare, its predecessor Monster Hunter Generations (Monster Hunter X in Japan) closed its first week at 1,488,367 sales.

Also new this week, Bandai Namco‘s Accel World VS. Sword Art Online sold 38,653 copies on PS Vita and 32,016 copies on PlayStation 4 for a total of 70,669 units.

Marvelous‘ Senran Kagura: Peach Beach Splash, the water gun-based third-person shooter for PlayStation 4, opened at 53,747 sales.
