Falcom has released the official Japanese box art for the PlayStation 4 version of Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA, and it seems to tease a new character that doesn’t appear in the PS Vita version.
The lower half of the box art features Adol and his main party: Hummel, Laxia, Sahad, and Ricotta. The upper right features Dana, the game’s second playable character. And the upper left features an unknown, pink-haired character.
Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of DANA is due out for PlayStation 4 in Japan on May 25, and for PlayStation 4, PS Vita, and PC in North America and Europe this fall. The PS Vita version is already available in Japan.
