Kadokawa Games has released the third trailer for God Wars: Future Past, and announced that the game’s second demo, dubbed “The Beginning Demo,” will launch for PlayStation 4 in Japan on February 9.
The demo will let you play the early parts of the game’s story, including the battle tutorial. Save data from the demo can be transferred to the full game when it launches, and you’ll be rewarded with items for doing so.
Kadokawa Games also detailed the bonus downloadable content that comes with God Wars: Future Past pre-orders in Japan:
Additional Scenario #1: Hyuga’s Future
Urashima, on his way back home to Hyuga, is attacked by Momotaro’s party off the coast of Mitoyo. The two, who don’t share a single belief, begin a battle of honorable men.
Urashima (voiced by Tetsuya Kakihara)
A mysterious young man being chased by a Hyuga soldier. He appears to have a complex, and while he leads the life of a cynic, he is a considerate and honest person at his core.
Momotaro (voiced by Kaito Ishikawa)
The eldest son of the Queen of Hyuga, Amaterasu. A talented person who exceeds in both the literary and military arts. As the heir apparent, he garners plenty of attention. He’s full of spirit, and makes calculated decisions. His ideal nation is a centralized nation.
Additional Scenario #2: A New Enemy
Someone has stolen the jade of Koshi. Kintaro’s party receives the report. Awaiting them there is a blonde-haired group and huge white tiger that they had not seen prior. After this battle, an episode about Kintaro will play out.
Issun (voiced by Jun Fukuyama)
A young man who gained various knowledge while traveling a number of countries where the eight million gods exist. Because he speaks very little, some imagination and guesswork are required to understand his words.
Kintaro (voiced by Tasuku Hatanaka)
A young man who lives in a village at the foot of Mount Fuji. He is known for his inhuman strength. He has been a childhood friend of Kaguya ever since she was confined within the bamboo seal. During a riot in the village, he rises to fulfill the promise he made to Kaguya.
God Wars: Future Past will launch for PlayStation 4 and PS Vita on March 28 in North America, March 31 in Europe, and during the month of April in Japan.
