A look at how the Atelier Sophie reps battle in the action crossover.
Following a set of screenshots yesterday, Koei Tecmo has released new information about the actions of Atelier Sophie representatives Plachta and Sophie in its upcoming crossover action gameMusou Stars.

■ Plachta
Plachta’s Background
Origin: Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book
Voiced by: Yuka Iguchi
An old book stored away on a bookshelf in the atelier. She awakens when Sophie writes a recipe into the book, and becomes Sophie’s alchemy teacher.
After that, by moving her soul to the body of an intricate doll, she took on a form of a human. She lost the majority of her memory since she was asleep for so long.
Plachta’s Actions
Plachta fights enemies using the “Alchemic Drive Weapon” she created through alchemy. Plachta herself doesn’t use any alchemy in battle, but excels in using items that were created through alchemy.
“Rain Shoot” is an attack that fires light from the sky. In addition to direct attacks with her Alchemic Drive Weapon, she can also use magical techniques.
“Light Fall” is an ability where Plachta shoots enemies with lasers from the fingertips of her Alchemic Drive Weapon. The Alchemic Drive Weapon will dish out a variety of attacks on her behalf.
“Two Hander” sees Plachta’s Alchemic Drive Weapon swing around sword to slash enemies and blow them back.
■ Sophie
Sophie’s Actions
Sophie can throw “Ice Bombs” at enemies to deal damage by means of freezing.
She can also toss a number of the series’ familiar “Bombs.” Sophie can round up the enemies in a single attack with flashy actions using items crafted through alchemy. In Musou Stars, the Bombs that appear can be mixed and used to be much bigger than you’d imagine.
By using “Lightning Bombs,” Sophie can attack enemies with the power of thunder.
Sophie can also throw the “Unis” she has stuffed into her bag at enemies. Many Unis will be scattered about and deal damage to the surrounding enemies.
